About

Garrett Parker is a Brooklyn based choreographer and filmmaker.  Garrett is passionate about storytelling and the healing power of dance.  Garrett works with children and young people with developmental disabilities and loves sharing dance with this community.  

Garrett has shared work at Flushing Town Hall the Doug Varone Devices Workshop, Jacob’s Pillow (as a Hicks Choreography Fellow), Emerging Choreographer Series, Human Rights Arts Festival, La Spezia Jazz Festival. His choreography has been shared at NYC venues including Judson Church, Baruch Performing Art Center, The Actors Community Fund, Sheen Center, Dixon Place, Last Frontier and Arts on Site.
